The pool is open to residents and the guests only. Guests must be accompanied by a resident. 2021 dues must be paid before your pool fob is activated. Please observe posted pool rules. Until further notice, the pool complex IS NOT available for party reservations. Enjoy and have a safe pool season!
About Killearn Commons
Killearn Commons is a 209 home sub-division located in Killearn Lakes. All homes are single family with 3 to 4 bedrooms. We are the only sub-division within Killearn Lakes with sidewalks, street lights and a community pool for homeowners only. We’re conveniently located to most major roads including Thomasville Road and Bannerman to Meridian Road. Killearn Lakes Elementary School is just a few blocks away, about 2 miles from Chiles High School and about three miles from Deer Lake Middle School.
The Pool Complex includes a 20 foot by 40 foot pool, 3 to 6 feet in depth which is typically open from March to October. The Pool Complex includes a Pool House with bathrooms and storage. The covered back deck with ceiling fans opens to the pool providing a convenient outdoor setting for birthday parties, swimming parties, family get togethers, etc. by making reservations.
Easy accesses to the new Killearn Lakes Plaza where one can go enjoy a cup of coffee and have their nails done at the same time. We are in close proximity too many churches, grocery stores and restaurants in the area. For the sports enthusiast there are bicycle paths throughout Killearn Lakes, lakes for fishing and Killearn Commons as a very large open grassy area for playing catch, practicing your golf shot or just walking your dog.
Killearn Commons has its own Homeowner Association, the Killearn Commons Homeowner Association, Inc. (KCHOA). The KCHOA leadership is made up of volunteers of homeowners/members including a five member Board of Directors, Committee Chairpersons and Volunteers who are dedicated to serving the community and maintaining the quality of living for all Killearn Commons residents enjoy.
The KCHOA Board of Directors is committed to
- Protecting the HOA finances.
- Protecting and enhancing all residents’ home investments by ensuring that the Covenants and Restrictions, and Bylaws are adhered to and enforced.
- Ensure the HOA meets F.S. Chapter 720, Homeowners Association, and all other applicable county, state and federal laws.
KCHOA is continuously working on capital improvement projects to improve the Killearn Commons including landscaping, small parks, beautification, other improvements, etc.
